dc.descriptionTheoretical and methodological principles of territorial and spatial planning of land use in Ukraine are studied. In particular there was formulated the concept and essence of territorial-spatial planning of land use and/or territories, methodological principles of territorial and spatial planning of land use, tendencies of territorial and spatial planning of land use. The system of spatial planning in some EU countries is described, in particular: the classification of spatial planning systems in Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands and Finland. The state of legislative support of territorial and spatial planning of land use development in Ukraine, the conflict of new legislative instruments of territorial and spatial planning are studied. The problem of program situation in territorial and spatial planning and possibilities of introduction of the best European practices of territorial and spatial planning are revealed. Strategic directions of territorial and spatial planning of ecologically rational land use development in Ukraine are substantiated, in particular, introduction of functional land use territories, environmental resistance formation of land use, agricultural activity aimed at greening and capitalization of land use, regulation of urban and rural boundaries. For researchers, graduate students, specialists in land management, environmental protection and other executive authorities and local governments, teachers and students of higher educational institutions.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractДосліджено теоретико-методологічні засади територіально-просторового планування землекористування в Україні. Зокрема, сформульовано поняття та сутність територіально-просторового планування землекористування та/або територій, методологічні засади територіально-просторового планування землекористування, тенденції територіально-просторового планування землекористування. Висвітлено систему територіально-просторового планування в окремих країнах ЄС, зокрема: класифікацію систем територіально-просторового планування в Швеції, Німеччині, Нідерландах та Фінляндії. Досліджено стан законодавчого забезпечення територіально-просторового планування розвитку землекористування в Україні, колізії нових законодавчих Інструментів територіально-просторового планування. Розкрито проблемно-програмну ситуацію в територіально-просторовому плануванні та можливості впровадження кращих європейських практик територіально-просторового планування. Обґрунтовано стратегічні напрями територіально-просторового планування розвитку екологічно раціонального землекористування в Україні, зокрема, запровадження функціональних територій землекористування, формування стійкості землекористування до зовнішніх впливів, сільськогосподарську діяльність, що направлена на екологізацію та капіталізацію землекористування, регулювання меж між міськими і сільськими територіями. Для наукових працівників, аспірантів, фахівців землевпорядних, природоохоронних та інших управлінських органів виконавчої влади і місцевого самоврядування, викладачів та студентів вищих навчальних закладів.uk_UA
