| Короткий огляд (реферат): | Досліджено зміст важливих інституціональних змін, який забезпечує вирішення завдань державного регулювання розвитку конкурентного середовища в аграрній сфері економіки на засадах інноваційного розвитку. Обґрунтовано формування дієвих інститутів та інституціональних змін в аграрній сфері економіки, які є основою ефективного функціонування економіки країни і забезпечення її сталого розвитку. Охарактеризовано етапи зміни інституціонального середовища в процесі реформування аграрної сфери економіки України. З’ясовано багато аспектів інституційного забезпечення розвитку аграрної сфери в Україні на засадах інноваційного розвитку, зокрема місце та роль у цьому процесі неформальних інститутів, рівень та якість інфраструктурного забезпечення, вдосконалення інституційного середовища. |
| Опис: | Analyzed institutional transformations in the agrarian sector of Ukraine's economy on the basis of innovative development. Is revealed that they are in the process of reforming of agrarian relations. These areas of reform are interlinked, because agrarian reform is an integral process to change land relations and land in agriculture acts as the main and indispensable means of production, in contrast to other areas where it is simply a territory of fixed assets. It is determined that the institutes formed the «wild», uncivilized market of the main types of agricultural products, in the formation of the monetary-financial system, are widely distributed institutions of barter, is formed by a sector of the «shadow» of the agrarian economy. These processes take place in an atmosphere of ideological and economic-political confrontation of supporters of the new, liberal-market institutions and the representatives of the governing units of the previous institutional agrarian formations. In the article the scientific and theoretical study of the economic nature of institutional change. On the example of agrarian sector of Ukraine is considered in detail their historical stages. Determined that institutional changes in the agrarian sector of Ukraine are spontaneous phases at the level of institutional order and institutional structures, which have a compulsory character and are determined by high level of social instability and lack of relevance of the implemented legal and institutional changes for the most part of the rural population. The issues of state influence on the efficiency of institutional changes in agriculture and food national. |
