Навчання професійно орієнтованого усного перекладу у сучасному вимірі

Abstract

У статті розглядається коло питань, пов’язаних з навчанням професійно орієнтованого усного перекладу, Доведено необхідність якісно нової підготовки фахівців з професійно орієнтованого усного перекладу, Представлено різні точки зору щодо доцільності професійної та галузевої орієнтації у навчанні професійно орієнтованого усного перекладу. Наведено номенклатуру знань, навичок та вмінь для навчання такого виду перекладу. В статье рассматривается ряд вопросов, связанных с обучением проффесионально-ориентированному усному переводу. Аргументированна необходимость качественно новой подготовки специалистов по проффесионально-ориентированному усному переводу. Представлены различные точки зрения, касающиеся целесообразности профессиональной и отраслевой ориентации в обучении проффесионально-ориентированному усному переводу. Представлены необходимые знания, умения и навыки, необходимые для обучения такому виду переводу. . The article deals with issues related to teaching the profession oriented interpretation. The labour market needs the profession oriented interpreters in different spheres of national economy. The necessity of qualitatively new profession oriented interpreters’ training has been proved. The modern interpretation activity is connected with pollythematic discourse, which is of inter-branch character and combines different branches of activity. It has been analysed different views for training profession oriented interpretation, which is caused by social necessity. Teaching profession oriented interpretation may have some difficulties because of great branches differentiation from the one hand, and the fact that training such interpreters are not reasonably proved, from the other hand. Besides, as many scholars state, teaching such narrow-variated specialists may cause the limits of their professional awareness. Different views on the necessity of professional and technical orientation in teaching profession oriented interpretation have been stated. Due to International Federation of Interpretation standards we believe that teaching interpretation has to be done in the situations connected with global and professional spheres of human activity such as social, political, agrarian, economic, legal, medical as well as technical, scientific interpretation. A set of certain knowledge and skills necessary for teaching profession oriented interpretation has been presented. Among them, lexical, grammatical, phonetic, special, lingvo-socio-cultural and theoretical knowledge are of great importance. Special skills needed for interpretation have been considered and analysed in the article. They are as follows: to be able to do amplifications and explain terminology during the process of interpretation; correct language use; using the right text structure; to be able to use denotative and significant connotations; skills to find the relevant interpretation decision; perception and presentation skills during interpreting; non-verbal text presentation; using different techniques; country knowledge awareness.
