Abstract

One of the most effective controls in learning a foreign language is rightly considered a test. Testing is an important tool for the development of students' cognitive activity, improvement, consolidation, and practical application of knowledge, skills and skills. It is an integral part of the summarizing exercise, contributes to the formation of persistent and conscious knowledge, enables each student to work at his or her own pace, with a gradual transition from one level of knowledge development to another.
