| Короткий огляд (реферат): | У колективній монографії розглянуто історичні, сучасні і майбутні аспекти формування та реалізації Спільної аграрної політики Європейського Союзу (САП ЄС). Досліджено основні результати реформ в процесі еволюції європейської аграрної політики, викладено причини перманентних змін в основних засадах САП ЄС. Проаналізовано екологічну та соціальну складові САП ЄС з врахуванням викликів глобалізації та в контексті Цілей сталого розвитку. Обґрунтовано необхідність врахування науково-практичних досягнень САП ЄС в національній аграрній політиці. Для науковців, спеціалістів аграрного бізнесу, фахівців галузі сільського господарства, представників органів державної влади та місцевого самоврядування, членів об’єднаних територіальних громад, викладачів, докторантів та аспірантів та інших зацікавлених представленою тематикою осіб. |
| Опис: | In accordance with EU norms, Ukraine implements the practice of environmental management, incl. in agriculture, environmental imperatives. Organic food production has been shown to be an effective way of improving the agricultural sector, harmonizing ideas for nature conservation and its resources and ensuring the safety of society. It is proved that the effectiveness of its implementation depends significantly on the degree of adherence to the principles of sustainable development of rural areas. The principles of organic agricultural production, corresponding standards and principles of EU agricultural policy, features and experience of its implementation in European countries, institutions organizing organic agricultural movement are covered. A comparative analysis of the principles and mechanisms of regulation in the EU organic farming has been carried out. Reasons have been found to hinder this process in certain EU Member States and economic sectors. National peculiarities are shown in relation to the use of certain substances in the system of organic crops protection, production and use of organic seed, the development of organic various products, mechanisms of their stimulation, etc. The peculiarities of regulating the use of GMOs, marking, certification in the system of product safety control, the degree of compliance with their principles of organic agricultural production are highlighted. The degree of development and compliance of Ukrainian legislation and governing bodies with panEuropean principles in this field of activity are analysed. The algorithmic structure of implementation in the legislation of Ukraine and the field of management of the pan-European principles of organic agriculture has been formed. The potential of our country for the production of organic agricultural products, the program of actions and the mechanisms of its economic stimulation are considered, taking into account the experience of the EU countries. |
