dc.descriptionFor the assessment of the functional state of the kidneys in medical practice is used determination of enzymes in urine as they are mostly localized in epithelial cells of the renal tubules. Therefore damage to the nephroepithelium causes the elimination of enzymes in the urine, which is the diagnostic criterion for detection pathologies of nephrons in the early stages of development. To date in veterinary nephrology this issue has not been studied, in particular in cattle. Therefore, the goal work was to study changes in the activity of enzymes in urine of goats of different ages.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractДля оцінки функціонального стану нирок у медичній практиці застосовують визначення ферментів у сечі, оскільки вони здебільшого локалізуються в епітеліальних клітинах ниркових канальців. Тому пошкодження нефроепітелію спричинює елімінацію ферментів у сечу, що є діагностичним критерієм виявлення патології нефронів на ранніх стадіях розвитку. До теперішнього часу у ветеринарній нефрології це питання не вивчене, зокрема у дрібної рогатої худоби. Тому мета роботи полягала у вивченні змін активності ферментів у сечі кіз різного віку.uk_UA
