| Abstract: | Досліджено теоретичні, методичні та практичні аспекти управління фінансовими ресурсами підприємства. Розглянуто економічну сутність і роль фінансових ресурсів, джерела їх формування, напрями використання та методичні підходи до оцінювання ефективності управління ними. Розкрито особливості формування, розподілу та використання фінансових ресурсів ТОВ «ФАСТІВКА», а також оцінено фінансовий стан і результативність діяльності підприємства. Запропоновано напрями вдосконалення управління фінансовими ресурсами ТОВ «ФАСТІВКА», спрямовані на оптимізацію структури джерел фінансування, підвищення частки власного капіталу, поліпшення платоспроможності, прискорення оборотності активів, раціоналізацію витрат і зміцнення фінансової стійкості підприємства. |
| Description: | The theoretical, methodological, and practical aspects of enterprise financial resource management have been examined. The economic essence and role of financial resources, the sources of their formation, the areas of their utilization, and methodological approaches to assessing the effectiveness of their management have been considered. The specific features of the formation, allocation, and use of the financial resources of FASTIVKA LLC have been identified, and the company’s financial condition and operating performance have been assessed. Areas for improving the financial resource management of FASTIVKA LLC have been proposed, aimed at optimizing the structure of financing sources, increasing the share of equity capital, improving solvency, accelerating asset turnover, rationalizing costs, and strengthening the company’s financial stability. |
