| Abstract: | Досліджено комплекс теоретико-методичних аспектів формування та функціонування системи управління фінансовими ресурсами страхових компаній. Розкриті особливості та специфічні проблеми управління фінансовими потоками, інвестиційною діяльністю й платоспроможністю в АТ Страхова група «ТАС» в умовах воєнної нестабільності. Розроблено практичні рекомендації щодо оптимізації структури витрат через центри відповідальності, диверсифікації інвестиційного портфеля, впровадження FinTech-рішень для контролю ліквідності та посилення системи внутрішнього комплаєнсу. |
| Description: | The study explores a complex of theoretical and methodological aspects of forming and operating the financial resource management system of insurance companies. It reveals the features and specific problems of managing financial flows, investment activities, and solvency at JSC "IC "TAS" under conditions of wartime instability. Practical recommendations have been developed regarding the optimization of the cost structure through responsibility centers, diversification of the investment portfolio, implementation of FinTech solutions for liquidity monitoring, and strengthening of the internal compliance system. |
