Економічні ефекти експортних мит на зерно як засобу державного регулювання розвитку аграрної галузі

Abstract

У статті представлено методичні засади застосування експортних мит, досліджено позитивні та негативні наслідки їх запровадження в Україні як інструменту регулювання експорту зернової продукції. Сформульовано пропозиції щодо вдосконалення системи державного регулювання зовнішньої торгівлі зерном з метою забезпечення стабільності на внутрішньому ринку та формування конкурентної позиції країни на зовнішніх ринках. The article tackles upon the methodological basis of the usage of the export taxes. The positive and negative consequences of their introduction as an instrument of the regulation of the grain production export in Ukraine are studied. The proposals according to the modernization of the state regulation system of the foreign grain trade with the purpose of keeping the stability at the home market and the formation of the competitive position at the foreign market have been formulated here.
