Abstract

Формування комунікативної компетентності є одним із найважливіших питань в умовах сьогодення. Комунікабельність, здатність розуміти іншого, вміння швидко орієнтуватися у ситуаціях взаємодії з іншими людьми – необхідна умова соціального зростання і самовизначення студента. У презентації представлено методи формування комунікативної компетентністі: навики діалогічного мовлення, словесної взаємодії, мовленнєвого та ділового етикету.

The formation of communicative competence is one of the most important issues in today's conditions. Sociability, the ability to understand others, the ability to quickly navigate in situations of interaction with other people is a necessary condition for the social growth and self-determination of a student. The presentatione presents methods for the formation of communicative competence: skills of dialogical speech, verbal interaction, speech and business etiquette.
