Окреслені окремі колізії у чинному законодавстві щодо визначення злочинних діянь службових осіб професійних учасників фондового ринку та запропоновані заходи їх усунення
Description: Were considered mandatory features of the acts – wrongful act perpetrated officials of professional participants of the stock market in Ukraine. Were outlined separate conflicts that exist in the current legislation relating to the definition of criminal acts of officials of professional stock market participants. Furthermore, measures have been proposed to eliminate the collision mentioned.
