| Abstract: | Трофічні детермінанти поряд із гормональними визначають біотехнологічні процеси й адаптацію до зміни умов. Нами досліджено вплив підготовки материнських рослин на самоінтоксикацію продуктами окиснення фенолоподібними речовинами Трофічні детермінанти, елементи пiдготовки та сорт впливали на онтогенез, що проявлялося морфологічно. Для подальших досліджень з отримання асептичної культури прямим морфогенезом обрано середовище NAM. Материнські рослини використовувалися попередньо вирощені в умовах депозитарію. |
| Description: | Along with hormonal determinants, trophic determinants determine biotechnological processes and adaptation to changing conditions. We investigated the effect of preparation of mother plants on self-intoxication by oxidation products with phenol-like substances. Trophic determinants, elements of preparation and variety influenced ontogenesis, which was manifested morphologically. For further studies on obtaining an aseptic culture by direct morphogenesis, the NAM medium was chosen. Mother plants were used previously grown in depository conditions. |
