| Abstract: | У роботі розкрито теоретичні основи мотивації персоналу, зокрема сучасне їх трактування та принцип роботи. Також, крім загальної характеристики досліджуваного підприємства та його основних фінансово-економічних показників діяльності, досліджено саме роботу мотиваційного механізму працівників на підприємстві. Значна частина роботи присвячена пошуку резервів у цій сфері діяльності організації. |
| Description: | In the work, the author revealed the theoretical foundations of personnel motivation, in particular, their modern interpretation and the principle of work. Also, in addition to the general characteristics of the investigated enterprise and its main financial and economic performance indicators, the work of the motivational mechanism of employees at the enterprise was investigated. A significant part of the work is devoted to the search for reserves in this difficult area of the organization's activity. |
