Abstract: Досліджено типи організаційних структур управління та їх впровадження з урахуванням особливостей функціонування організації. Виокремлено вплив невдало підібраної організаційної структури на діяльність підприємства. Проведено аналіз елементів бізнесу: лідерство, організація, робочі місця та люди, комплексне поєднання яких є важливими для успіху у високопродуктивній організації
Description: The types of organizational management structures and their implementation, taking into account the peculiarities of the organization's functioning, were studied. The impact of an unsuccessfully selected organizational structure on the enterprise's activity is highlighted. An analysis of the elements of business: leadership, organization, workplaces and people, the complex combination of which is essential for success in a high-performance organization.
