Abstract: В сучасному економічному середовищі значна роль у плануванні стратегічного розвитку організації приділяється стейкхолдерам або групам впливу. Керівництво організації повинно навчитися управляти, комунікувати та співпрацювати з ними. Влада різних груп впливу – це основна складова, яка враховується при оцінці значення стейкхолдерів. Важливість співпраці і стратегічного управління відносинамизі стейкхолдерами на сьогодні недооцінена багатьма організаціями
Description: In the modern economic environment, a significant role in planning the strategic development of the organization is assigned to stakeholders or groups of influence. The management of the organization must learn to manage, communicate and cooperate with them. The power of different groups of influence is the main component that is taken into account when assessing the importance of stakeholders. The importance of cooperation and strategic management of relations with stakeholders is currently underestimated by many organizations.
