| Короткий огляд (реферат): | Статтю присвячено дослідженню сучасного стану розвитку зеленого туризму в Україні, як драйвера сталого розвитку сільських територій, факторів, що його стримують та шляхів активізації, ролі і місцю публічної політики у забезпечення цього процесу. Актуальність дослідження обумовлена економічною ситуацією, що склалася в аграрній сфері та сільських територіях, зокрема, внаслідок нищівної руйнації економічної системи в умовах воєнного стану. Досліджено сучасний стан розвитку сільських територій, проаналізовано нормативно-правове забезпечення розвитку туризму в Україні, наведено досвід публічної політики європейських країн у його забезпеченні. Обґрунтовано доцільність забезпечення пільгових умов і спрощення процедури започаткування туристичного бізнесу, організація перенавчання селян щодо організації послуг зеленого туризму, створення у структурі Департаменту агропромислового розвитку Регіонального координаційного центру розвитку села, основною функцією якого мало б стати досягнення багатофункціональності сільського господарства. |
| Опис: | The article is devoted to the study of the current state of green tourism development in Ukraine, as a driver of sustainable development in rural areas, factors restraining it and ways of activation, the role and place of public policy in ensuring this process. The relevance of the research is determined by the current economic situation in the agrarian sphere and rural areas, in particular, because of the devastating destruction of the economic system in the conditions of martial law. In order to achieve the set scientific objectives, the following research methods have been used in this article: generalization and systematization (to determine the essence of the “rural green tourism” concept); systematic and complex analysis (to determine trends in the formation and activation of the pub-lic policy of rural green tourism in Ukraine); method of system analysis and synthesis (for the development of the «rural green tourism development» concept on the basis of sustainable development in rural areas); statistical meth-ods (for a visual representation of statistical material); comparative methods (for the study of modern trends in the implementation of public policies for the development of rural green tourism in the world); process approach (to present mechanisms for stimulating rural green tourism on the basis of sustainable development in rural areas) and others. The current state of the rural areas development has been studied, the regulatory and legal support for the development of tourism in Ukraine has been analyzed, and the European countries’ experience has been presented. The research result is the substantiation of the expediency of providing preferential conditions and sim-plifying the procedure for starting a tourist business, organizing the re-training of villagers on the organization of green tourism services, creating a Regional Coordination Center for Village Development within the structure of the Department of Agro-Industrial Development, whose main function should be the multifunctionality of agriculture. |
