| Abstract: | У роботі обґрунтовано сутність бенчмаркінгу, визначено його види, методи та принципи використання. Досліджено теоретичні засади процесу формування стратегії компанії з використанням принципів бенчмаркінгу. Досліджено сучасний стан та можливості розвитку ринку молочної продукції України. Досліджено існуючі моделі бенчмаркінгу з метою визначення найпридатнішої до умов досліджуваного підприємства. Розроблено практичні рекомендації щодо впровадження бенчмаркінгу у діяльність компанії. |
| Description: | The essence of benchmarking is substantiated in the work, its types, methods and principles of use are defined. The theoretical bases of the process of forming the company 's strategy using the principles of benchmarking are investigated. The current state and possibilities of development of the market of dairy products of Ukraine are investigated. The existing models of benchmarking are studied in order to determine the most suitable for the conditions of the studied enterprise. Practical recommendations for the implementation of benchmarking in the company's activities have been developed. |
