Abstract: Розвиток інноваційно-інвестиційної моделі економіки залежить від рівня людського капіталу та інвестицій в нього. Ефективність сумарних інвестицій в людський капітал необхідно визначати за інтегрованим підходом, що і є актуальним завданням формування людського капіталу в умовах інноваційної економіки.
Description: The development of the innovation-investment model of the economy depends on the level of human capital and investments in it. The effectiveness of total investments in human capital must be determined using an integrated approach, which is an urgent task of human capital formation in the conditions of an innovative economy.
