Аналіз основних чинників мотивації в управлінні закладом вищої освіти

Abstract

Проведено аналіз існуючих основних чинників мотивації науково-педагогічних працівників та динаміки змін викладацького складу у закладах вищої освіти України. Узагальнено матеріальні і нематеріальні чинники мотивації НПП в управлінні закладом вищої освіти в Україні. Визначено основні стратегічні напрямки розвитку ЗВО, які потребують мотивації науково-педагогічних працівників. An analysis of the existing main factors of motivation of scientific and pedagogical workers and the dynamics of changes in the teaching staff in higher education institutions of Ukraine was carried out. The material and non-material factors of motivation of the NPP in the management of the institution of higher education in Ukraine are summarized. The main strategic directions of the development of higher education institutions, which require the motivation of scientific and pedagogical workers, have been determined.
