| Abstract: | Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню теоретико-методичних аспектів управління логістичною діяльністю дистриб’юторських компаній та розкриттю комплексу принципів та моделей організації дистрибуції фармацевтичного ринку вивченню методів оптимізації транспортних маршрутів в каналах дистрибуції. Запропонований алгоритм оптимального вибору перевізника лікарських засобів для дистриб’юторської компанії ТОВ «Аметрін ФК» та здійснено оптимізацію маршрутів доставки лікарських засобів зі складів компанії до аптечних мереж. |
| Description: | The qualification work is devoted to the study of theoretical and methodological aspects of managing the logistics activities of distribution companies and the disclosure of a set of principles and models of the organization of distribution of the pharmaceutical market, the study of methods of optimizing transport routes in distribution channels. An algorithm for the optimal selection of a carrier of medicinal products for the distribution company "Ametrin PC" LLC was proposed, and the routes for the delivery of medicinal products from the company's warehouses to pharmacy chains were optimized. |
