| Abstract: | У роботі досліджено сутність та особливості формування механізму мотивації персоналу підприємства, вивчені методичні підходи до питання аналізу ефективності різних методів мотивації персоналу на підприємстві, обґрунтовано організаційно-прикладні засади вдосконалення механізму мотивації персоналу підприємства з метою підвищення ефективності його діяльності. |
| Description: | The work reveals the essence and peculiarities of the formation of the mechanism of motivation of the company's personnel, studied methodological approaches to the issue of analyzing the effectiveness of various methods of motivation of personnel at the company, substantiated the organizational and practical principles of improving the mechanism of motivation of the company's personnel in order to increase the efficiency of its activity. |
