Відповідальність за такий компроміс та за очікуваний порядок і гармонію лежить на організації та управлінні в природоохоронній діяльності. |
| Description: | The harmonious coexistence of nature and an excessively technologically equipped society becomes possible only under the condition of a scientifically based compromise between the laws of the development of nature and the laws of the development of mankind. The responsibility for such a compromise and for the expected order and harmony lies with the organization and management of nature conservation activities. |
