| Abstract: | Інвазуючи організм хазяїна, гельмінти, як біологічні подразники, спричинюють на нього механічну, алегічну, токсичну, інокуляторну та трофічну дії, внаслідок чого проявляється відповідна реакція організму. За даними сучасної науки, алергічна дія гельмінтів має провідну роль у патогенезі гельмінтозів. Внаслідок взаємодії хазяїна і гельмінта у інвазованих тварин виникає явище сенсибілізації (підвищеної збудливості) організму дорослими гельмінтами, продуктами їх обміну і розпаду личинкових стадій, які мають алергенні властивості [1, 3]. Міграція личинок гельмінтів по судинній і лімфатичній системах, внутрішніх органах організму хазяїна супроводжується порушенням цілісності й травматизацією тканин, розривом капілярів та патологічними змінами в органах і тканинах. |
| Description: | Invading the body of the host, helminths, as biological irritants, cause mechanical, allergic, toxic, inoculatory and trophic effects on it, as a result of which the appropriate reaction of the body is manifested. According to modern science, the allergic effect of helminths plays a leading role in the pathogenesis of helminth infections. Because of the interaction of the host and the helminth occurs in infested animals with the phenomenon of sensitization (increased excitability) of the body by adult helminths, products of their metabolism and decay of larval stages, which have allergenic properties [1, 3]. Migration of larvae helminths on the vascular and lymphatic systems, internal organs of the host's body is accompanied by a violation of the integrity and traumatization of tissues, rupture capillaries and pathological changes in organs and tissues. |
