| Abstract: | Особливо насущною проблемою молочного тваринництва сьогодні є захворювання дистального відділу кінцівок. Аналіз розповсюдженості ортопедичної патології показує що основну масу уражень в тварин господарства скадали гнійно-некротичні виразки на шкірі міжпальцевої щілини й м’якуша (35,4 %) і пододерматити (37,5 %), останні найбільше зустрічалися в літній період і мали травматичне походження. Місцево застосування пов´язок із мазю „Левосин” за гнійно-некротичних процесів м’якуша та міжпальцевої щілини, забезпечує швидке очищення гнійно-некротичних осередків, припинення процесу гнійно-неротичного розпаду тканин, барєризацію вогнищ, раннє формування грануляцій. Загоєння ділянок ураження відбувалося швидше в 1,3 рази порівняно з контрольною групою. |
| Description: | Diseases of the distal part are a particularly pressing problem in dairy farming today limbs Analysis of the prevalence of orthopedic pathology shows that the majority of lesions are in animals farms suffered from purulent-necrotic ulcers on the skin of the interdigital space and the soft tissue (35.4%) and pododermatitis (37.5%), the latter were most common in the summer and had a traumatic origin. Topical application of bandages with "Levosyn" ointment for purulent-necrotic processes of soft tissue and interdigital fissures, provides quick cleaning of purulent-necrotic centers, termination of the process of purulent-necrotic disintegration of tissues, barrierization of foci, early formation of granulations. Healing of the affected areas took place 1.3 times faster compared to the control group. |
