| Abstract: | Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню теоретичних та практичних основ управління бізнес-процесами та перспектив їх оптимізації в рамках підвищення ефективності виробничого підприємства. У роботі розкрито сутність та особливості терміна «бізнес-процеси», розглянуто їх класифікацію; схарактеризовано найважливіші етапи прийняття рішень щодо управління бізнес-процесами на підприємствах; наведено організаційно-економічну характеристику ТОВ «СВП Плюс»; схарактеризовано організацію інформаційних ресурсів для управління бізнес-процесами компанії; визначено рівень ефективності управління бізнес-процесами у ТОВ «СВП Плюс»; визначено основні напрямки вдосконалення бізнес-процесів. |
| Description: | The qualification work is devoted to the study of the theoretical and practical foundations of business process management and shows the prospects of their optimization within the framework of increasing the efficiency of the production enterprise. The work reveals the essence and features of the term "business processes", considers their classification and gives characteristics; the most important bases of decision-making in the management of business processes at enterprises are characterized; the organizational and economic characteristics of LLC "SVP Plus" are given; the organization of information resources for managing the company's business processes is characterized; the level of efficiency of business process management in LLC "SVP Plus" was determined; the main areas of improvement of business processes in the company are determined. |
