| Abstract: | Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню особливостей впровадження механізму екологічного менеджменту у систему управління територіальних громад (за матеріалами Узинської міської ТГ). У роботі розглянуто теоретико-методичні основи екологічного менеджменту; доведено, що в систему управління Узинської міської ТГ поступово впроваджуються механізми екологічного менеджменту; обґрунтовано необхідність розвитку енергоефективності як ключового етапу на шляху до сталого розвитку Узинської міської ТГ та фундаментального елементу її енергетичної безпеки; доведено, що в основі формування екологічної безпеки та реалізації екологічної політики громади має лежати партисипативний підхід та соціальне партнерство. |
| Description: | The qualification work is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the implementation of the mechanism of environmental management in the management system of local communities (based on the publications of the local community of Uzyn). The paper examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of environmental management. This research proves that the local community of Uzyn is gradually introducing the mechanisms of environmental management into the municipality management system. This thesis substantiates the need to develop energy efficiency as a crucial stage of the sustainable development of the local community. It also affirms it as a fundamental element of its energy security. It proves that social engagement and partnership are fundamental to forming environmental security and implementing environmental policy. |
