| Description: | The qualification work is dedicated to the study of the special system of motivation of the labor activity of the company's employees (based on the materials of the PE "Urozhai", Bila Tserkva, Kyiv region) The work reveals the essence and features of the system of motivation of the labor activity and its importance for the development of the enterprise and the economy as a whole. The theoretical and methodological aspects of the main theories of motivation and personnel evaluation as a function of activity motivation are highlighted. |
