| Abstract: | Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню особливостей удосконалення процесу прийняття управлінських рішень на підприємстві (на прикладі ТОВ «Земля Томилівська»). У роботі розглянуто теоретичні основи ефективності та якості прийняття управлінських рішень на підприємстві. Визначено сутність, наведено класифікацію та типологію управлінських рішень. Розглянуто основні стадії процесу розробки й прийняття управлінських рішень, досліджено умови та фактори, що визначають якість та ефективність управлінських рішень. Визначено головні напрямки підвищення ефективності й забезпечення якості розробки та прийняття управлінських рішень. |
| Description: | Qualification work is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of improving the process of management decision-making at the enterprise (on the example of Zemlya Tomilivska LLC). The paper examines the theoretical foundations of the efficiency and quality of management decision-making at the enterprise. The essence is defined, the classification and typology of management decisions are given. The main stages of the process of developing and making management decisions are considered, the conditions and factors that determine the quality and effectiveness of management decisions are investigated. The main areas of efficiency improvement and ensuring the quality of development and management decision-making have been determined. |
