| Abstract: | Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню особливостей системи управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства (за матеріалами СТОВ «Нива»). У роботі розглянуто теоретичні основи управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства, сучасні методи її оцінки, а також проведено аналіз системи управління конкурентоспроможністю СТОВ «Нива». Розкрито сутність, функції та форми управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства, визначено сучасні механізми, проаналізовано світовий досвід та розроблені пропозиції щодо сучасних інструментів вдосконалення системи управління конкурентоспроможністю СТОВ «Нива». |
| Description: | Qualification work is devoted to the study of the features of the enterprise competitiveness management system (based on the materials of "Nyva" LLC). The paper examines the theoretical foundations of enterprise competitiveness management, its modern evaluation methods and features, as well as an analysis of the competitiveness management system based on the "Nyva" gas station. The essence, functions and forms of managing the competitiveness of the enterprise are revealed, modern mechanisms are defined, world experience is analyzed and proposals are developed regarding modern tools for improving the competitiveness management system based on the "Nyva" gas station. |
