Abstract: У тезах йдеться мова про порядок проведення слідчих (розшукових) дій в умовах воєнного стану; зазначено, які зміни відбулися в Кримінально-процесуальному кодексі України щодо порядку здійснення слідчих(розшукових) дій, та компетенцію керівника органу досудового розслідування та керівника прокуратуру щодо надання дозволу на здійснення слідчих (розшукових) дій.
Description: The thesis deals with the procedure for conducting investigative (research) actions under martial law conditions; it is indicated what changes have taken place in the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine regarding the procedure for carrying out investigative (search) actions, and the competence of the head of the pre-trial investigation body and the head the prosecutor's office regarding the granting of permission to carry out investigative (search) actions.
