| Abstract: | Методичні вказівки для організації аудиторної та поза аудиторної роботи з навчальної дисципліни «Міжнародне право» призначені для здобувачів вищої освіти спеціальності 081 «Право». Метою є формування у здобувачів вищої освіти першого (бакалаврського) рівня цілісної та логічно-послідовної системи знань у сфері дії міжнародного права, що має істотне значення як для теорії, так і для практики застосування міжнародно-правової норми . Детально розглянуто питання теорії та практики використання норм міжнародного права у національних правових системах, проаналізовано зміст інститутів міжнародного права та основні особливості застосування інститутів галузі в процесі життєдіяльності світової спільноти, розглянуто основні поняття і елементи правового механізму використання статутних повноважень міжнародних організацій. |
| Description: | Methodical guidelines for the organization of classroom and extracurricular work in the academic discipline "International Law" are intended for students of higher education in the specialty 081 "Law". The goal is the formation of students of higher education at the first (bachelor) level of a coherent and logically consistent system of knowledge in the field of international law, which is of significant importance both for the theory and for the practice of the application of international legal norms. The issue of the theory and practice of using the norms of international law in national legal systems is considered in detail, the content of the institutions of international law and the main features of the application of the institutions of the field in the life of the world community are analyzed, the main concepts and elements of the legal mechanism of using the statutory powers of international organizations are considered. |
