Abstract: Зокрема, детально досліджено питання, пов’язані зі вчиненням злочинів проти людей похилого віку було приділено питанню віктимізації, яка присутня у людей похилого віку. Визначено, якими якостями володіє жертва злочину, та наведено випадки, коли люди похилого віку можуть стати потенційними жертвами. Категорії віктимності потерпілих від злочинів є. Уточнюються види потерпілих від злочинів. Охарактеризовано портрет жертви злочину, способи попередження злочинів проти людей похилого віку.
Description: I investigated the issues related to the commission of crimes against the elderly, in particular, detailed attention was paid to the issue of victimization, which is present in the elderly. It has been determined what qualities a crime victim possesses, and cases where elderly people can become potential victims are given. Categories of victimhood of crime victims are given. The types of crime victims are specified. The portrait of a crime victim is characterized, ways of preventing crimes against the elderly are proposed.
