Автор робить висновок, що публічне право постійно змінюється та адаптується до нових викликів, сприяючи ефективному управлінню та захисту прав громадян. |

In particular, the article focuses on the impact of technology, internationalization, changing the perception of the role of the state, expanding public participation and ensuring human rights. The author concludes that public law is constantly changing and adapting to new challenges, contributing to the effective management and protection of citizens' rights. |
