| Abstract: | Встановлено, що розвиток пірометри супроводжується дисемінованим внутрішньосудинним мікрозгортанням крові з переходом стадії гіперкоагуляції в стадію гіпокоагуляції. Доведено, що патогенетичний механізм ДВЗ-синдрому за піометри у сук зумовлений активацією судинно-тромбоцитарного гемостазу, а його лабораторними критеріями є поява в плазмі крові ПРФ, подовження ПЧ та АЧТЧ. |
| Description: | It was established that the development of pyrometra is accompanied by disseminated intravascular microcoagulation of blood with the transition from the stage of hypercoagulation to the stage of hypocoagulation. It has been proven that it is pathogenetic the mechanism of DVZ-syndrome for pyometra in bitches is due to the activation of vascular-platelet hemostasis, and its laboratory criteria are the appearance of PRF in blood plasma, prolongation of AF and AChT. |
