| Abstract: | В роботі досліджено основні поняття формування системи соціального захисту населення в сучасних умовах; визначено поняття та види державної допомоги в системі соціального захисту населення; особливості впровадження програм соціального захисту населення в сучасних умовах та на основі оцінки стану держаного регулювання соціального захисту населення з’ясовано можливості покращення державного регулювання програм соціального захисту населення. Практичне значення одержаних результатів полягає в тому, що сформульовані в роботі теоретичні положення, пропозиції та рекомендації становлять як науково-теоретичний, так і практичний інтерес, сприятимуть удосконаленню напрямів державного регулювання сфери соціального захисту та виконанню програм соціального захисту населення в Україні. Одержані результати можуть бути використані та використовуються у науково-дослідній сфері як напрацювання для розв’язання та подальшого дослідження проблематики державного регулювання програм соціального захисту населення в Україні. |
| Description: | The basic concepts of the work examines are the formation of the system of social protection of the population in modern conditions; definitions and types of state assistance in the system of social protection of the population are defined; peculiarities of the implementation of social protection programs of the population in modern conditions, and based on the assessment of the state of state regulation of social protection of the population, the possibilities of improving the state regulation of social protection programs of the population are clarified. The practical significance of the obtained results is that the theoretical propositions, suggestions and recommendations formulated in the work are of both scientific and theoretical and practical interest, will contribute to the improvement of the directions of state regulation of the sphere of social protection and the implementation of programs of social protection of the population in Ukraine. The obtained results can be used and are used in the scientific research field as a basis for solving and further researching the problems of state regulation of social protection programs in Ukraine. |
