| Abstract: | Магістерську кваліфікаційну роботу присвячено: дослідженню наукових засад публічного управління в процесі реалізації стратегії сталого розвитку; проведенню моніторингу сучасного стану регіонального управління в умовах децентралізації; оцінці фінансового забезпечення регіонального розвитку; систематизуції та конкретизуції цілі сталого розвитку регіону у контексті розподілу повноважень органів публічного управління щодо їх реалізації; аналізу ефективності публічного управління у контексті реалізації вектору сталого людського розвитку регіону; розгляду засад стратегування сталого розвитку регіону в умовах децентралізації публічного управління. |
| Description: | The master's thesis is devoted to: the study of the scientific foundations of public administration in the process of implementing the strategy of sustainable development; conducting monitoring of the current state of regional administration in conditions of decentralization; assessment of financial support for regional development; systematization and specification of the goal of sustainable development of the region in the context of the distribution of powers of public administration bodies regarding their implementation; analysis of the effectiveness of public administration in the context of the realization of the vector of sustainable human development of the region; consideration of the principles of strategizing the sustainable development of the region in the conditions of decentralization of public administration. |
