| Abstract: | Магістерську кваліфікаційну роботу присвячено: дослідженню змісту понять та основних засад застосування механізмів публічного управління в умовах кризи, катастроф та надзвичайних ситуацій; визначенню вектора розвитку системи забезпечення реалізації антикризового публічного управління територіями; проведенню моніторингу складових оцінки результативності антикризового управління на рівні регіонів України; проведенню моніторингу складових оцінки результативності антикризового управління на регіональному рівні (на прикладі Закарпатської області); здійсненню порівняльного аналізу інтегральних показників оцінки результативності антикризового управління; здійсненню прогнозування тенденцій розвитку економіки та соціальної сфери Закарпатської області з позиції існуючої системи антикризового управління; розробці пропозиції щодо удосконалити напрямків підвищення результативності реалізації механізмів антикризового публічного управління на регіональному рівні. |
| Description: | The master's qualification work is devoted to: researching the content of concepts and basic principles of applying public management mechanisms in crisis, disaster and emergency situations; determining the vector of development of the system of ensuring the implementation of anti-crisis public management of territories; conducting monitoring of the components of the evaluation of the effectiveness of anti-crisis management at the level of the regions of Ukraine; conducting monitoring of the components of the evaluation of the effectiveness of anti-crisis management at the regional level (on the example of the Transcarpathian region); carrying out a comparative analysis of integral indicators for assessing the effectiveness of anti-crisis management; forecasting trends in the development of the economy and social sphere of the Transcarpathian region from the standpoint of the existing anti-crisis management system; development of a proposal to improve directions for increasing the effectiveness of the implementation of anti-crisis public management mechanisms at the regional level. |
