| Abstract: | Діагноз ми ставили на основі анамнестичних даних, клінічних ознак (коти розчухують вуха та трясуть головою) та лабораторних методів діагностики. З ураженого вуха пінцетом отримували вміст (темні кірки, запальний ексудат) та досліджували компресорним методом. У полі зору спостерігали поодинокі особин кліщів-отодектесів, які мали плоске тіло овальної форми, хоботок гризучого типу, короткі лапки з четвертою недорозвиненою парою. |
| Description: | We made the diagnosis on the basis of anamnestic data, clinical signs (cats scratching the ears and shaking the head) and laboratory diagnostic methods. WITH contents of the affected ear were obtained with tweezers (dark crusts, inflammatory exudate) and was studied by the compressor method. Single individuals of otodectes ticks were observed in the field of vision, which had a flat oval-shaped body, a gnawing-type proboscis, tarsi short with fourth pair underdeveloped. |
