| Abstract: | За токсоплазмозу котів спостерігали такі клінічні ознаки: кон‘юнктивіт, ентерит, риніт, уретрит, порушення з боку репродуктивної системи. На підставі отриманих результатів більшу діагностичну цінність мала ІФА система ІммуноКомб, яка є доступною, компактною, високочутливою, специфічною і не вимагає спеціального обладнання, високої трудомісткості (40 хвилин) та спеціальних навичок лаборанта. |
| Description: | The following clinical signs were observed for toxoplasmosis in cats: conjunctivitis, enteritis, rhinitis, urethritis, disorders of the reproductive system. Based on the received of the results, the ImmunoComb ELISA system, which is affordable, compact, highly sensitive, specific and does not require special equipment, high labor intensity (40 minutes) and special skills of the laboratory technician. |
