| Abstract: | В последние годы ученые и практики все чаще обращают свое внимание на такой элемент, как германий. Биохимическое разнообразие германия ставит его в ряд приоритетных микроэлементов. В литературе имеются сообщения о том, что германий стимулирует иммунную систему, обеспечивает перенос кислорода к тканям организма, регулирует усвояемость питательных веществ корма, обладает противогрибковыми, противовирусными и антибактериальными свойствами, предохраняет организм от отравления тяжелыми металлами, усиливает усвоение витаминов. Цель - изучить влияние введения различных доз германия в комбикорма на продуктивные качества гусят, которые выращиваються на мясо. Экспериментальные исследования проводились на гусятах породы Легарт. Для проведения научного эксперимента было сформировано четыре групы из однодневного молодняка по 100 гусят в каждой. В комбикорма для птицы опытных групп добавляли германий в количестве, мг/кг: второй группе - 0,15; третьей – 0,20 и четвертой – 0,25. Гусята первой контрольной группы не получали добавки германия. Установлено, что исследуемые дозы германия при введении в комбикорма оказали положительное влияние на рост и жизнеспособность молодняка гусей, однако их эффективность была разной. Лучшими показателями продуктивности обладала птица, получавшая комбикорм, обогащенный германием из расчета 0,2 мг на 1 кг корма. |
| Description: | In recent years of scholars and practitioners are increasingly attracting their attention to such an element as germanium. Biochemical diversity of germanium puts it in a number of priority microelements. There are some reports in the literature that under the germanium stimulates the immune system, provides the transfer of oxygen to the tissues of the body, regulates the digestibility of feed nutrients, has antifungal, antiviral and antibacterial properties that protect the body from heavy metal poisoning, enhances the absorption of vitamins. The aim was to study the effect of different doses of germanium supplements in animal feed on the productive qualities of goslings for meat. The experimental studies were conducted on goslings breed Legart. For the of experiment scientific was formed by four bands from the 1- day young at 100 goslings each. In animal feed for poultry further experimental groups germanium was added in an amount, mg/kg: the second group – 0,15; the third – 0,20 and fourth – 0,25. Goslings of the first control group did not receive germanium supplementation. It has been found that the dose germanium had studied administration in animal feed a positive have impact on the growth and viability on the young goslings however their was effectiveness different. The best indicators of productivity had a bird that fed feed enriched germanium based of 0,2 mg per 1 kg of feed. |
