| Abstract: | У роботі автор прагнув зосередитись на сутності, значенні та функціях підприємств малого бізнесу в національній економіці України, а також дослідити особливості управління підприємств малого бізнесу в умовах формування постіндустріальної економіки та розглянути функціональний підхід до управління підприємств малого бізнесу. Крім того, у роботі надано управлінську діагностику діяльності зоомагазину, здійснено аналіз господарської діяльності останнього, проведено оцінку та аналіз особливостей організації управління зоомагазину «Василь-Кіт». Також запропоновано основні напрями підвищення ефективності управління діяльністю досліджуваного підприємства. |
| Description: | In the work, the author sought to focus on the essence, meaning and functions of small business enterprises in the national economy of Ukraine, as well as to investigate the peculiarities of the management of small business enterprises in the conditions of the formation of a post-industrial economy and to consider a functional approach to the management of small business enterprises. In addition, the work provides a managerial diagnosis of the pet store's activity, an analysis of the latter's economic activity is carried out, an assessment and analysis of the peculiarities of the management organization of the pet store "Vasyl-Kit" is carried out. The main directions of improving the efficiency of management of the activity of the enterprise under study are also proposed. |
