Origanum majorana (MO) is one nutritional additive and has many useful properties, such as antioxidant, antibacterial and antifungal properties. On the other hand, myogenin is a protein in the myogenic regulatory factor family that plays an important role in determining carcass and meat traits and is vital for the growth and development of livestock muscles.
