| Abstract: | Оперативне ситуаційне управління територіальною громадою – це засіб з’ясування актуальних ситуаційних потреб (попиту) на послуги муніципальної влади та реагування на них, є каналом зворотного зв’язку між громадою та органом місцевого самоврядування, є критерієм оцінки результативності та ефективності (адаптивності) вирішення оперативної управлінської ситуації й сили можливостей використання публічної влади (пропозиції) та її впливу на розвиток територіальної громади |
| Description: | Operational situational management of the territorial community is a means of finding out actual situational needs (demand) for services of municipal authorities and response to them, is a channel of the reverse connection between the community and the local self-government body, there is criterion for evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency (adaptability) of the solution the operational management situation and the strength of the possibilities of use public authority (proposals) and its influence on the development of the territorial community |
