| Abstract: | В сучасних умовах розвитку екологічного права дозволи виступають важливим засобом регулювання використання природних ресурсів. При цьому дозволи встановлюють не лише право на здійснення певного виду природокористування, але й зобов’язання щодо належного виконання правил природокористування, дотримання природоохоронних норм. Тому питання дозвільного регулювання природокористування має особливий інтерес для наукового пізнання та дослідження. У статті проаналізовано поняття документів дозвільного характеру, які мають місце у сфері природокористування. |
| Description: | In the current context of the development of environmental law, permits are an important means of regulating the use of natural resources. At the same time, permits establish not only the right to a certain kind of natural resource management, but also the obligation to proper implementation of the rules of natural resource use, compliance with environmental regulations. Therefore, the issue of permitting regulation of nature is of particular interest for scientific knowledge and research. The article analyzes the concept of permitting documents in the field of nature management. |
