| Abstract: | Проаналізовано конституційно-правові норми, пов’язані із захистом прав громадян, у тому числі суб’єктів підприємництва. Розглянуто принципи підприємництва, які визначають поведінку суб’єктів у господарських відносинах. Сформульовано поняття захисту прав суб’єктів господарювання. |
| Description: | There are analyzed the constitutional and legal norms related to the protection of the rights of citizens, including business entities. There are considered the principles of entrepreneurship, which determine the behavior of entities in business relations. The concept of protection of the rights of business entities is formulated. |
