| Abstract: | В статті приділено увагу особливостям конституційних гарантій для громадян України та осіб, які на законних підставах перебувають на території України. Визначено, що закріплення прав і свобод людини і громадянина відповідно до міжнародних стандартів проявляється у визначенні механізму реалізації прав і свобод людини, закріплення права на їх захист. Проаналізовано основні види гарантій приватних прав. Розкрито зміст основних засобів реалізації приватних прав. Визначено та проаналізовано особливості захисту приватних прав, як складової механізму реалізації цивільних (приватних) прав. |
| Description: | The article pays attention to the peculiarities of constitutional guarantees for citizens of Ukraine and persons who are legally on the territory of Ukraine. It is determined that the consolidation of human and civil rights and freedoms in accordance with international standards is manifested in the definition of the mechanism of realization of human rights and freedoms, the consolidation of the right to their protection. The main types of guarantees of private rights are analyzed. The content of the basic means of realization of private rights is revealed. The peculiarities of protection of private rights as a component of the mechanism of realization of civil (private) rights are determined and analyzed. |
