| Abstract: | В статті з’ясовано, що в сучасних умовах у демократичних державах спостерігається тенденція суттєвого обмеження депутатського імунітету членів парламенту до його повного скасування, зокрема в частині державно-примусової форми реалізації адміністративної і кримінальної відповідальності. У недемократичних країнах обсяг депутатського імунітету навпаки розширюється, тим самим гальмуючи прогресивні перетворення й ефективну протидію корупції. |
| Description: | The article clarifies that in modern conditions in democracies there is a tendency to significantly limit the parliamentary immunity of members of parliament until its complete abolition, in particular in the part of state-coercive form of administrative and criminal liability. In non-democratic countries, on the other hand, the scope of parliamentary immunity is expanding, thus hampering progressive transformations and effectively combating corruption. |
