| Abstract: | З хвороб репродуктивних органів сук найчастіше реєструються метрит та піометра. Основна їх відмінність у тому, що якщо ендометриту передують роди, то піометрі – еструс, який не закінчився заплідненням (пустовка). Причому піометра сприймається як хронічне продуктивне запалення слизової оболонки матки [1]. Якщо таких тварин не лікувати, то загибель їх неминуча. Більшість вчених і практиків [2] дотримуються думки, що післяродовий метрит і піометра погано піддаються консервативному лікуванню, тому віддають перевагу хірургічному методу, рекомендують видаляти не лише матку, а й яєчники. |
| Description: | Metritis and pyometra are the most frequently registered diseases of the reproductive organs of bitches. The main of them The difference is that if endometritis is preceded by childbirth, then pyometra - estrus, which is not over fertilization (pustovka). Moreover, the pyometra is perceived as a chronic productive inflammation of the mucosa uterine lining [1]. If such animals are not treated, their death is inevitable. Most scientists and practitioners [2] believe that postpartum metritis and pyometra are bad are amenable to conservative treatment, so prefer the surgical method, recommend removal not only the uterus but also the ovaries. |
