| Abstract: | Проведені нами експериментальні дослідження дають підставу стверджувати, що вагінaльна цитологія проводиться з метою визначення стадії естрального циклу, визначення термінів в'язки і пологів, для визначення відхилень в естральному циклі, визначення природи виділень з вульви. Ефективність цитологічного методу виявлення оптимального часу осіменіння сук за збіганням з феноменом статевої охоти була на 60 % більшою ніж клініко-візуального. Заплідненість тварин за одноразового осіменіння, за оптимальних ознак цитологічного методу, була на 20 % більшою ніж за дворазового у випадку клініко-візуального Крім того, більш точне виявлення оптимального часу осіменіння сук сприяло збільшенню плодючості з 7,5±1,0 щенят за клініковізуального до 9,8±2,4 за цитологічного методу. |
| Description: | Our experimental studies suggest that vaginal cytology is carried out in order to determine the stage of the estrous cycle, to determine the timing of mating and childbirth, to determine deviations in the estrous cycle, determining the nature of secretions from the vulva. The effectiveness of the cytological method detection of the optimal time of insemination of bitches by coincidence with the phenomenon of sexual hunting was 60% greater than clinical and visual. Fertilization of animals by one-time insemination, with optimal cytological signs method, was 20% more than twice in the case of clinical and visual In addition, more accurate detection of the optimal time of insemination of bitches contributed to the increase of fertility from 7.5 ± 1.0 puppies by clinical visual to 9.8 ± 2.4 by cytological method. |
