Abstract: Встановлено, що загальна площа території школи становить 28589 м², із них на будівлі припадає 1839,0 м², спортивне ядро займає 900,5 м², сад - 470,0 м². Ігрові та спортивні майданчики в т.ч. покриття для них займають площу 7439,0/7385,0 м², присадибна ділянка має площу 1369,0 м². Зелені насадження, а саме: дерева і кущі займають площу 4998,0 м², газони – 9850,0 м², квітники – 191,0 м². Тверде покриття – 1528,0 м² . Загалом запроектовано висадити 873 дерев і кущів і 715 квіткових рослин. Для закупівлі 873 шт. дерев та кущів потрібно 59 955,0 грн. вартість їх постадки складає 11 900,00 грн. Згідно нашого розрахунку на території школи для встановлення 76 запроектованих об’єктів малих архітектурних форм необхідно витратити 67500,00 грн на їх придбання і 4475,00 грн на установлення. Для влаштування ігрових та спортивних майданчиків на території школи потрібно витратити 78100,0 грн. Кошторисна вартість озеленення та благоустрою території школи становить 2 116 509,75 гривень.
Description: It was established that the total area of ​​the school is 28,589 m2, of which the building has 1,839.0 m2, the sports core is 900.5 m2, the garden - 470.0 m2. Playgrounds and sports grounds, including coatings for them occupy an area of ​​7439.0 / 7385.0 m2, the homestead has an area of ​​1369.0 m2. Green plantations, namely: trees and shrubs cover an area of ​​4998.0 m2, lawns - 9850.0 m2, flower beds - 191.0 m2. Hard surface - 1528.0 m² A total of 873 trees and shrubs and 715 flowering plants are planned to be planted. For purchase 873 pcs. trees and shrubs require UAH 59,955.0. the cost of their delivery is UAH 11,900.00. According to our calculations, in the territory of the school for the installation of 76 designed objects of small architectural forms it is necessary to spend UAH 67500.00 for their purchase and UAH 4475.00 for the installation. For the arrangement of playgrounds and sports grounds on the territory of the school you need to spend 78100.0 UAH. The estimated cost of landscaping and landscaping of the school is 2,116,509.75 hryvnias.
